Itsuko is a fire elemental and an emotion Ultra Human elemental. Her power is charged by pain and hatred of her past and abuses. That hatred causes her blood to boil, thus she is always hot. Because of this she rarely wears clothes or a simple silk robe. She is known to take an ice bath but when she finishes the water is normally hot and steamy. A side effect of her abilities is that she is flame retardant. She can focus and channel her power and it becomes flames. When fighting she focuses her flames on her fans and uses them as an offensive weapon. Itsuko is skilled in Pyongyong Ninjutsu and has perfected the shadow dragon’s kick.
Itsuko was born in Udoro, Africa. Where her parents were restaurant owners. Her father was unable to repay his debts that he borrowed from to the Matsuno Yakuza family. The Mastuno family took the 7-year-old Istuko as payment for the debts. Sadly she was forced to work as a geisha and experienced untold abuses. The Matsuno trained their geisha as assassins in the ways of the Pyongyong Ninjistu, so that they could easily kill rivals that visited bathhouses or purchased their “company”. Jimmy “King Cobra” In a strange series of events, purchased Itsuko from the Matsuno. According to urban legend, Itsuko was told to kill Chung during his visit. Chung was convinced Itsuko not to kill him, he also convinced the madam to sell Itsuko to him. She then left Japan worked then became a member of the Steel City Fire Triad as an enforcer in the United States. Later Chung allowed her to take revenge on the Matsuno Crime family by taking her to execute the entire organization with Cruise the Viper. She is known in the Fire Triad as Chung’s “left” hand.
