This was one of those sequences that was dialog heavy. The content of the discussion didn’t have enough elements to “show” what they were talking about so I had to do a series of “talking head” panels.
In an attempt to keep it interesting and engaging I tried changing the camera perspectives and focused on the facial expression as well a the gestures. Subtle thing such as drinking coffee, or resting a head on a hand were all elements and choices to better tell the story of this scene.
